If you’re feeling lost, fearful or anxious, I will provide a warm, non-judgemental space in which you can navigate your experiences.

Change, loss and choices are part of life, but that doesn’t make them easy. Therapy can help you explore what’s happening now and examine the roots of where you find yourself.

FAQs

How might therapy help me?

It all depends on what you want to gain from the experience! It could be as simple as receiving some additional support during a time of change or challenge, seeking new insights and awareness about yourself, for someone to bear witness as you work through events from the past or recent bereavements, or simply to allow you to flourish in all areas of your life.

How much will sessions cost?

For too long, therapy has been the accessible to those privileged enough to have the money and time to spend on it. I offer 50-minute online sessions for £35 each in order to allow more people the opportunity to experience therapy.

How can I access therapy?

While my practice is Manchester based, I am happy to work online with anyone from across the country. I offer sessions via Zoom so you can access counselling from the comfort of your own home. Research suggests that this method of therapy is as good as face-to-face counselling and comes with the benefits of accessibility, flexibility and ease.

What will happen in the first session?

I offer a free 20-minute discussion for you to decide if I’m the right person to work with you – I believe we need to be a good match to work therapeutically together. We will take some time to think about what it is you might like to achieve in our time working together and I’ll answer any questions you might have about counselling.

If you do decide to go ahead, our first full one-hour session together will be a chance for me to better establish what it is that you’d like to explore, to begin to get to know you better and to form a plan for these first steps of your therapy journey.
